Description
At Trans El Trafo, we perform the active part design as part of a detailed and precise process that we particularly emphasize for the integrity and performance of each transformer. The active part includes the core and coils, which are the main components responsible for the transformer’s primary functionality, as well as the cover assembly.
The core and coil assembly are designed to withstand mechanical forces that could occur in case of potential short-circuit situations. This ensures that the transformer provides optimum performance and reliability under all circumstances.
The cover assembly plays a crucial role in completing the active part. In our standard transformers, we secure the active part, including the cover, to the tank with strong and robust bolts. This provides extra security to the tank and ensures that all components remain in place correctly.
Additionally, for specific applications, we also offer the option to directly mount the active part to the tank. This alternative mounting method allows for faster assembly times and potentially greater structural integrity, but it is always determined based on the customer’s needs and the specific requirements of the project.
This meticulous and careful approach plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, reliability, and durability of each Trans El Trafo product.
